Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes uses of the WeOrda platform and services (the "Service") that are prohibited. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service, the End User Terms, and the Parents App Terms of Use, and applies to every organization and individual that accesses the Service.

1. Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to Customers (organizations with a WeOrda subscription), their authorized users (such as drivers, aides, dispatchers, and office staff), parents and guardians using the WeOrda Parents app, and anyone else accessing the Service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, and may not attempt to, do any of the following:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any person, including workers, coworkers, supervisors, students, patients, families, or members of the public.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, role, or relationship to a child.
• Upload or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including false check-ins, fabricated inspection records, or inaccurate route confirmations.
• Access or attempt to access information about any person (including any child) for whom you are not an authorized contact or otherwise authorized.
• Share account credentials, allow others to use your account, share accounts across organizations, or access another user's account without permission.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems, or interfere with the Service, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without WeOrda's prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service through automated means.
• Send unsolicited communications through any communication features of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than the legitimate operational purposes for which it was provided to you.

3. Enforcement

WeOrda may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for violations, as described in the applicable terms. WeOrda may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Reporting Violations

To report abuse, suspected violations of this AUP, or security concerns, contact abuse@weorda.com. To report a security vulnerability, contact abuse@weorda.com before performing any testing; unauthorized testing is prohibited by Section 2.

5. Changes to This Policy

WeOrda may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available at weorda.com/aup. Material changes are handled as described in the terms that incorporate this AUP.
