Privacy Request

You can use this page to exercise your privacy rights, including requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@weorda.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account (if any)
• Your company or organization, if applicable
• The nature of your request (access, correction, deletion, copy of data, or opt-out)
• The state or country where you live

We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 30 to 45 days).

If Your Data Was Provided by an Operator

If your information was uploaded by a transportation company, school, or other organization that uses Weorda (for example, student roster information or work records), that organization controls the data, and your request is generally exercised through them. We will assist the organization in responding to verified requests.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority.
